AutoAirplane is a simple application which turns on airplane mode once the phone has lost service for a set amount of time in an attempt to save battery life.

Also allows airplane mode to be temporarily switched off at set intervals to see if service has been resumed.

Originally written for my dad due to his phone draining battery at work from looking for service all day in the building, thought I would share with everyone else too.

An ideal battery saving tool for those times you're on the underground/tube or work somewhere with no service and always forget to turn on airplane mode

Key Features:
* Switch on airplane mode after losing service for a set amount of time
* Allow WiFi to stay on when airplane mode is turned on
* Switch airplane mode back off at set intervals to check for available service

Go grab it now from the Android Market or from AndSpot

Here's a simple app I've made. The idea is simple, it converts Android notifications (currently just SMS, GMail and low battery) into custom vibrate patterns for easy identification when your phone is in your pocket or on silent. I'm uploading it to the Android Market later and will be free.

tamDEV on Android

This is to be the home page for all things related to my development (and perhaps other things) on Android.

To begin with, this will mostly be related to the port of my iPhone app MyWorld to Android.
